Description  
Sea basses vary widely in size, from a few centimetres to a maximum of 2 metres (6 feet) and 225 kg (500 pounds) in such species as the goliath grouper (Epinephelus itajara) and 2.7 metres (9 feet) and 400 kg (900 giant grouper (E. lanceolatus). Colour also varies, both among and within species. Some sea basses, for example, are able to change to any of several color patterns. In other species the young may be patterned the adults, and in still others individuals inhabiting deeper waters may be considerably redder than those of the same species living near shore.

Description  
Grouper are teleosts, typically having a stout body and a large mouth.  They are not built for long-distance fast swimming.  They can be quite large, and lengths over a meter and weights up to 100kg are not uncommon, though obviously in such a large group species vary considerably.  They swallow prey rather than biting pieces of it.  They do not have many teeth on the edge of their jaws, but they have heavy crushing tooth plates inside the pharynx.  They habitually eat fish, octopus, crab, and lobster.

Description  
Milkfish have a generally symmetrical and streamlined appearance, with a sizable forked caudal fin.  They can grow to 1.70 meters but are most often about 1 meter in length. They have no teeth and generally feed on feeds and algae.

Description  

is the fifth most important fish in the fish farming.  Commonly grown tilapia are most exclusively male.  Cultivators use hormones as testosterone to reverse the sex of newly spawned females.  Because tilapia are prolific breeders, the presence of female tilapia results in rapidly increasingly populations of small fish, rathen than a stable populations.
